Please remember that there is a toll sticker requirement on Austrian motorways and expressways.

Tip: If you are coming from the north via the Inntalautobahn A12 and take the Kufstein Süd exit, you do not need a toll sticker, as it is regulated this way until the first exit after the border ;) Just in case you travel further or want to use the motorway during your holiday, please buy a toll sticker.

All guests have access to a free outdoor parking space per booked accommodation unit. For a parking space in the covered garage, we charge €9 per night or €55 per week (7 days) (reservation required). If you book a suite, the garage parking space is already included in the suite price.

In the garage, we have two electric charging stations for cars (Type 2, 11 kW/h) that you can use for free between 9 AM and 5 PM. If you wish to charge your car between 5 PM and 9 AM, you can rent a parking space for €9 per night.

Your bicycles are parked dry and secure in the bike cellar. There are also power outlets there for charging e-bikes.

With us, you automatically book the all-inclusive package! It is valid for you from 2 PM on the day of arrival and includes:

• 7:30 AM – 10:00 AM: a rich breakfast buffet with everything your heart desires, including coffee, tea, cocoa, and treats for children
• 12:00 PM – 2:00 PM: a varied lunch snack, such as soup, salads, sandwiches, and toasts
• 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM: cake time with coffee, tea, and cocoa
• Evening: a multi-course à la carte menu with a choice of three main courses, always including vegetarian options, plus a children's menu and self-service ice cream
• 12:00 PM – 8:30 PM: soft drinks, wine, and beer from the self-service bar (not included are sparkling wine, Prosecco, Champagne, cocktails, long drinks, schnapps, spirits, and exclusive bottled wines)                                                                                                                

For enjoyment in your room or on your balcony, you can order and pick up various snacks from the restaurant (for a fee).

For your children, we have these great amenities:

• Indoor swimming pool with daily family pool time from 2 PM to 5 PM
• Small playground in the garden
• Beverage station and ice cream freezer
• Baby and children's beds

We are not a family hotel with all the extras, from water slides to childcare. All generations feel comfortable with us.

To help you relax, we offer:

• Heated 10 x 5 m indoor pool: 7:00 AM – 10:00 PM (Water depth: 1.20 – 1.35 m)
• Sweet Seventies sauna area: 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM (earlier in bad weather)
• Finnish sauna (80 – 95°C)
• Infrared cabin (37 – 39°C)
• Sanarium with color light therapy (60°C)
• Relaxation garden, designed according to the principles of geomancy and Feng Shui
• Zerobody dry floating bed
• Massages: It's best to book your massages before you arrive so we can accommodate your preferred times. Choose your favorite massage here.
• In the summer, as our guests, you can visit the Hollidee recreational facility with a natural swimming pond and children's swimming area daily for free – just 400 m from here!

We are sorry, but unfortunately, we cannot welcome pets.

Many winter sports enthusiasts who come to Hollersbach discover a different ski area every day. There's truly a lot of variety all around!

• With the ski bus, you'll be at the Panoramabahn in 2 minutes, which takes you to the challenging KitzSki area. The ski bus stop is right in front of the hotel.
• The Wildkogel-Arena ski area is family-friendly. You can reach it in 8 minutes by car in Bramberg.
• About half an hour's drive away are the ski areas Zillertal Arena, Zell am See, and Kitzsteinhorn.
• We do not sell ski passes. Please purchase them at the respective ticket offices.

Exception: If you have booked a package that includes a ski pass, we will provide it to you at the reception.

For renting ski, snowboard, and cross-country equipment, we recommend Sport Steger at the base station of the Panoramabahn – there, as our guests, you'll receive a 10% discount.

You can rent bikes at Sport Breitfuss at the base station and secure them before your vacation! Here you can find the prices and access the booking portal from there.

Instead of traveling home with a suitcase full of dirty laundry, why not return with clean clothes! Simply drop off your laundry for one machine load at our reception, and we'll wash and dry it for just 15 euros.

We're very sorry, neither the hotel nor the restaurant are wheelchair accessible.

With a walker, you can move comfortably through the house and also in the new rooms, thanks to wide corridors and elevators. The retro rooms are not suitable for walkers.

Please smoke only on your balcony. However, please note that drafts can carry smoke into other open windows, which is very unpleasant for non-smokers. We appreciate your cooperation in not smoking indoors.

The local tourist tax is €2 per person per day (for ages 15 and above). Additionally, the municipality levies a tourism promotion and waste disposal charge of €0.14 per person per day. Both amounts must be paid locally, no later than upon departure.

In your reservation confirmation, you will find the deposit amount. Please transfer the deposit in due time so that we can convert your reservation into a binding booking. Our bank details:

You can cancel the accommodation contract free of charge up to 40 days before the start of your holiday. If you cancel at short notice, the following cancellation fees apply:

• Within the last 4 weeks before the day of arrival, the deposit will be charged as a cancellation fee.
• In the last week before the day of arrival, 90% of the total package price will be invoiced.
• One night before the day of arrival or on the day of arrival, 100% of the total package price will be invoiced.
• Cancellations are only accepted in writing.
