May we serve? You have ordered holiday happiness! We, Eva-Maria and Thomas, are happy to take care of that. We have held the Kaltenhauser sceptre in our hands since 2005. It was a magical year. Hollersbach finally got the Panoramabahn and thus the connection to the Kitzbühel ski area KitzSki, our first daughter Anna-Elena celebrated her first birthday, and our years of learning and traveling were over. New York, Berlin, Switzerland, Vienna, we had seen the world. It was time to come back home and create our own little world here. Here we are now and are really looking forward to giving you a cozy time.

We like it comfortable

We like to keep things comfortable. Because in our job we can never plan exactly what to expect. That's exactly what's great about the hospitality industry! Every guest has their own idea of what a great vacation should be, and we love creating a relaxed environment for that. And you can let off steam while biking or hiking, skiing or shopping.

While Eva-Maria grew up in the Hotel Kaltenhauser and inherited the host gene from her mother Rudolfa, Thomas had a sawmill at home and could only pretend to be a hotel. Nevertheless, he went to hotel management school. The rest is history:
