Culinary
In the cozy village hotel, the food is also laid back. We don't need any unnecessary frills. Everything is freshly cooked, a matter of honor! It's all easy all-inclusive. On the menu you'll find old family recipes and new ideas. After all, the culinary world keeps turning. Thomas was recently back in New York and was inspired...
Our hotel guests enjoy all-inclusive including breakfast buffet, lunch snack, cake time, evening menu and soft drinks, beer and wine between 12 and 8:30 p.m.
The chef himself cooks for us! Thomas is a chef with heart and soul. You will taste it!
About nine out of ten ingredients in our hotel kitchen come from Austria.
Our feet are walking on ancient tracks. Right here, where we are serving you delicious food today, 1363 guests have already stopped by. This is documented.
The all-inclusive cuisine is already included in your overnight price. It starts at 2 p.m. on the day of your arrival. Read here what is included!
No matter how thirsty you are, you are taken care of! Simply take what you want from the self-service bar. There you will find various soft drinks, beer and selected bottled wines. (Not included are sparkling wine, prosecco, champagne, cocktails, long drinks, schnapps, spirits and exclusive bottled wines)
From fried eggs to a fruit platter, you can put together whatever your heart desires in the morning. Your children will discover treats especially for them. Two coffee machines will provide you with caffeine.
At lunchtime, you can fortify yourself with a variety of snacks, such as soup, salad, sandwiches or toast. If the weather is nice, take your snack into the garden and find a shady spot.
To go with the cappuccino, tea or cocoa, which you can have anyway as part of the all-inclusive package, we provide you with fresh cake in the afternoon. You must have burned a few calories on the mountain and would like to treat yourself to a piece, right?
In the evening you can enjoy several courses, always vegetarian. There are three main courses to choose from. Children can choose something from the children's menu and of course they can raid the ice cream at the end.
Our most important man in the house, chef Thomas
"I love it when the plates are colorful and look cheerful. Food should give you strength, but also joy. I think you can see how healthy the food is. After all these years in the kitchen, I'm becoming a vegetable fan. So many great things can be made from fennel, celery or spinach, and it looks fantastic on the plate.
I'm trying a lot of new things right now, while also keeping an eye on the classics of Austrian cuisine."
