Dear Hollersbach residents,
You have known the "innkeeper" for as long as you can remember, and we have known you for as long as we can remember. The Kaltenhauser belongs to Hollersbach and Hollersbach belongs to the Kaltenhauser. That's why we are delighted to be able to spoil you with dinner or a celebration in our Taverne restaurant!

We would be happy to host your private celebration with up to 30 guests.
Evening menu
Make yourself comfortable with our multi-course evening menu from 6 p.m. You can get some things from the buffet, others we serve at your table. There are always several options to choose from and always vegetarian courses. You can enjoy unlimited drinks from the self-service bar until 8:30 p.m.: soft drinks, beer and selected bottled wines. After that, you have to pay.

Fresh wind in old walls
You Hollersbach residents have long since noticed that something has happened here. Our restaurant finally has its own name: Tavern. This is a tribute to our centuries-old history. There was a tavern here as early as 1363. This is even documented! Read more about the history of the oldest inn in Hollersbach here. At the same time, we have been refining the concept. You can now enjoy an all-inclusive evening menu with us. Look forward to delicacies from the family recipe book and a few new things too!
