  • Child discount
    Children up to 5 years free of charge. From 6 - 11 years 50% discount, from 12 - 16 years 25% discount - in double room with parents based on occupancy with two full-paying guests.
  • Parking & E-charging points

    Free parking is available for all guests. For our parking garage we charge € 9,-/day or € 55,-/week (for 7 days) - please make a reservation. For guests of the suites, the parking space in the multi-storey car park is included. E-charging station: free of charge for house guests from 9 a.m. - 5 p.m.

  • Local tax

    The local tax is included in the price for direct bookers. It amounts to € 2,- per person/day (from 15 years).

  • Arrival and departure
    The rooms are available from 2:00 p.m. on the day of arrival. On the day of departure, we ask you to vacate the rooms by 10:00 a.m.
  • Pets
    We ask for your understanding that pets are not allowed in our house.
  • Bank details

  • Cancellation conditions

    Cancellation up to four weeks before arrival: no cancellation fee; cancellation within the last four weeks before arrival; the deposit will be charged as cancellation fee; from seven nights before arrival: 90% of the total price will be charged. In the case of cancellation one night before the arrival date or on the arrival date, 100% of the total price will be charged.
